Park
Bungalowpark Dirkshoeve is a spacious, peaceful and well-maintained park in the village of Dirkshorn, a few kilometres south-west of charming Schagen. Building plots
The oldest (eastern) part of the park has recently been almost entirely re-parcelled and fitted with a completely new above- and below-ground infrastructure. Some of these new plots have now been built on; at present, 32 plots are still available, as shown on the site plan below.
The building plots – which already have all the necessary utilities in place, including drinking water, electricity, mains drainage, stormwater drainage and fibre-optic broadband – range in size from 363 to 556 m². Depending on size and location, these plots are now being offered at a price per square metre of €190 to €210, including 21% VAT and VON, with a temporary 20% reduction on the standard selling price. Holiday home
On the plot, the buyer may – within the guidelines drawn up by Dirkshoeve for this purpose – build a home to their own design, or use one of Dirkshoeve’s available house designs. The maximum buildable area is 25% of the plot area, with a maximum of 100m²*. For homes with a built-up area of up to 70m², no municipal planning permission is required, so once the design has been approved by Dirkshoeve, construction can begin quickly in such cases.

Dirkshoeve will carry out the following work in connection with the construction of the house at a fixed rate (depending on the plot and building area):
- groundworks (excavation/backfilling of the building pit as specified by the builder, raising/levelling the plot)

- paving (gravel edging around the house, access path, parking space)

Leasehold option
