The design of the ‘Valk’ pays homage to the beloved ‘Wisteria’ type from the 1970s, whose charming appearance still appeals to recreational users today. However, the ‘Valk’ has been completely updated to contemporary standards. This means a spacious and attractive layout, equipped with modern sanitary facilities, a luxury kitchen and the latest technical systems.

Your own piece of paradise
The plots at Dirkshoeve are on average 425m² in size and are equipped with all the necessary connections: drinking water, electricity, sewerage and even fibre optics! Unique to each plot is the underground infiltration storage, which provides sustainable buffering of rainwater.

The “Valk” type has a built area of 70m² and a net living area of approximately 62m² on the ground floor. The layout is optimally utilised:
